So how does it work?

If you pass a suitable HMO property on to us, you, the agent, will receive a finders fee from us plus any management fee if the property is currently managed by you, retaining your relationship with the landlord.
We would look after the property, manage the tenants, collect the rent and pass the agreed guaranteed rent to you for the landlord at which time you pick up your management fee.
