So how does it work?

We agree a monthly rent with yourself the landlord. We document the amount in a lease agreement and agree to pay this amount each month for the term of the agreement. It is a legally binding agreement, not an AST.

WE are your tenant, we agree in the lease agreement that we are able to lease the rooms out in your property to individuals who pay us rent, per room.
WE also pay the utility bills and any council tax where applicable from the rent paid to us. 

We pay you rent in one payment, per month, the difference then is our profit.
